(NASDAQ: GSIC) in its successful acquisition of FetchBack, a Tempe, Arizona-based provider of comprehensive retargeting solutions for more than 500 advertisers.

The deal marks the fifth successful transaction Gridley & Co. has closed with GSI Commerce in the interactive marketing sector.
