Gridley provides independent valuation services for private companies

family-owned businesses. We also provide fairness opinions for public
companies pursuing a corporate transaction.
Equity Private Placement
Gridley helps private companies raise mid and late-stage capital
to facilitate growth by internal expansion or acquisitions and/or

by advising on the selection and management of underwriters in the
IPO process.
